Five ingredients and 15 minutes and you have a quick and healthy Italian marinated Shrimp Stir Fry dinner .
This past Friday, my little baby girl had her first birthday. Can you even believe it? I can’t.
This past year has been a whirlwind. We took the day off and took her to the new Sea Life Aquarium. She had fun seeing all the fish. We also had a little get together with family at my parents house. We painted her a little table and chairs for tea parties (see it here – it was an IKEA Latt hack).
The rest of our weekend was spent on new house stuff.
We went to IKEA for a tv stand, Kohl’s for some curtains, Best Buy for a new washer/dryer and microwave, and lots of other little stops. Busy, busy, busy.
Luckily, Saturday morning I remembered to throw a pound of Daily Chef cooked shrimp together with some Olive Garden Italian dressing to marinate. By the time I got around to making dinner, it was after 9:00 pm.
The Mr. loves seafood but you may have noticed that I never cook it. Seriously, this is my first seafood post.
This hardly counts as cooking seafood since Daily Chef Medium Shrimp come already cooked but I threw them together with some stir fry veggies to make a complete and healthy meal. It took about 15 minutes.
We’re cutting back on carbs but if you want to, you could serve it on top of some rice or pasta.
My husband loves them and I love that they’re high quality and so easy to prepare. We go to Sam’s Club at least every other week to pick up formula for Baby Girl and my husband often picks up a bag of these shrimp. They’re in the frozen food aisle.
So, are you a seafood lover? Are you a Sam’s Club shopper?
