Chili’s Molten Chocolate Cakes are one of my favorite desserts so I was excited to try these. I actually had all the ingredients on hand, which is rare for me. While they didn’t stand up to Chili’s, they were tasty & very easy to make. I don’t have ramekins so I used a cupcake tray (silicone, probably a bad idea, they were a little tricky to get out) & it made 5. Keep an eye on them – at 8 mins I checked them & they were still too gooey, by 9 mins, they had fully cooked. I served them with ice cream & caramel.
