STEP 1

Trim the chicken and add to a slow cooker. Top the chicken with the garlic, carrots, bell pepper, peas, and scallions.

In a bowl, whisk the chicken stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, and one of the chicken seasoning packets.

STEP 3

Pour the sauce into the slow cooker and stir to combine. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

STEP 4

30 minutes before serving, break up the chicken. Add the dry ramen noodles.

STEP 5

Stir the noodles every  10 minutes, to make sure they get all covered and cook evenly.
