PERSNICKETY PLATES

STEP 1

Stir together the ingredients for the caramel apple cider mixture as directed, in a saucepan. Set aside to cool.

STEP 2

Slice an apple in half, and place cut side down into  lemon juice for 1 minute. Hollow out the center.

STEP 3

Place each apple into a muffin tin. Stir vodka into cider mixture, then pour it into the apples.

STEP 4

Chill for at least 4 hours. Once set, slice each half of apple with a sharp knife into 4-5 slices!
