PERSNICKETY PLATES

STEP 1

Cook rice and lime juice for one minute. Add water, salt, and cilantro.

STEP 2

Cover the pot, turn the heat down, and simmer for  18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

STEP 3

Once done, drizzle with a tiny bit more olive oil and fluff with a fork!
