In a large bowl, combine milk and pickle juice. Add the chicken pieces. Cover and place in the fridge for 1-3 hrs.

STEP 1

Crush the crackers in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, pepper, salt and sugar. Whisk and pour into a zip top bag.

STEP 2

Use tongs to move the chicken to the bag of seasoned bread crumbs, shaking until evenly coated.

STEP 3

Fry the nuggets as directed until golden brown.

STEP 4

Move the cooked nuggets to a paper towel lined plate to drain and repeat until all batches are cooked.
