STEP 1

Trim the chicken into bite size pieces and add to the basin of a 6 quart slow cooker.

STEP 2

Pour in the mixed vegetables and both cans of soup and stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours.

STEP 3

To a  bowl, whisk together the Bisquick and milk. Pour the mixture over the chicken mixture and top with the sliced butter.

STEP 4

Replace cover and cook another 2 hours on HIGH. Garnish with parsley and serve!
