Place chicken in the slow cooker. Top with the rest of the ingredients. Stir to evenly distribute.

STEP 1

Cover your slow cooker & cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs. Before serving, remove the chicken from the soup, shred it, then return to the soup.

STEP 2

Squeeze the juice of half of a lime into the soup & let rest. When ready, switch your slow cooker to warm for serving.

STEP 3

Top with crispy tortilla strips and desired garnishes
