STEP 1

Cube the bread into 1" pieces and spread onto a lipped baking sheet. Bake  for 30-60 minutes.

STEP 2

Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add the stale cubed bread to the egg mixture and stir.

STEP 3

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and move it to the fridge for 4-8 hours.

STEP 4

In a bowl, cut together the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cover and put in the fridge as well.

STEP 5

Spray a slow cooker with non-stick spray. Pour in the soaked bread pieces. Crumble the butter mixture over the top.

STEP 6

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Turn the slow cooker to warm and remove the lid.

STEP 7

Let stand for 15 minutes to set. Top with powdered sugar, syrup, and berries!
