In a skillet over medium heat, add the sausage and onion. Brown the meat and drain grease.

To the basin of a slow cooker, add the cooked sausage, cubed cream cheese, cubed Velveeta, and both cans of RoTel.

Stir then cover and cook on LOW until fully melted, approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Once melted, turn slow cooker to WARM. Serve with tortilla chips.
