– Dinner rolls/French loaf – Butter, salted – Onion  – Celery  – Parsley  – Rosemary  – Fresh thyme  – Salt & Pepper – Chicken stock or vegetable stock – Eggs

Melt butter in a skillet, then add the onions & celery and saute until soft. 

Toss sauteed vegetables with bread cubes. Add the herbs, seasonings & then toss again.  Then add in broth egg mixture. 

Pour bread cube mixture into the prepared pan and cover with foil. Bake for 30 mins, then another 20 mins uncovered.
