In a medium bowl, mix together corn starch with salt and pepper; add the chicken and toss well to completely coat.

STEP 1

In a large skillet, heat oil and add the chicken. Cook for 3 mins each side. 

STEP 2

Add the garlic to the skillet and saute, then add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil.

STEP 3

Once boiling, reduce heat and add the chicken back to the sauce. Simmer for 10-15 mins.

STEP 4

Thicken the sauce by adding a slurry of cornstarch and water to the sauce.
