– Frozen meatballs – Pineapple chunks drained – Frozen peppers & onions – Bbq sauce 2 cups – Low sodium soy sauce – White vinegar –Brown sugar – Garlic minced – Chopped scallions for garnish

STEP 1

Pour the frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, onions and peppers into the basin of a slow cooker.

STEP 2

In a bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic.

STEP 3

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours.

STEP 4

Garnish with chopped scallions and Serve!
