PERSNICKETY PLATES

STEP 1

In a skillet over medium high heat, add the oil, onion and garlic. Saute and then season with thyme, black pepper and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 2

In a bowl add the ground beef, egg, dijon mustard and tabasco and mix to combine.  

STEP 3

Add the crushed saltines, milk, cooled onion mixture, and chopped parsley. Mix until combined.

STEP 4

In a bowl add the ground beef, egg, dijon mustard and tabasco and mix to combine.  

STEP 5

Form meatballs and add to the baking sheet, repeating until out of mixture. Cook for 25-30 minutes.

STEP 6

Let sit on the tray for about  5-10 minutes to rest, then serve!
