Combine dry ingredients. Add the cubed butter and mix until incorporated.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and grated apple. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir.

Evenly fill all wells of the mini muffin pan with batter. Bake for  10-12 minutes.

In a bowl, melt the butter. In another bowl, add the cinnamon and sugar and mix.

Once the muffins are cooled, dip each one into the butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
