STEP 1

Cook & drain the pasta. In same pot, melt the butter until bubbly. Whisk in the flour slowly, making sure to fully cook it.

STEP 2

Cook the flour until it is no longer raw. Add in the milk, while whisking.

STEP 3

Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheeses.

STEP 4

Add the drained pasta to the cheese mixture and stir to fully coat.
