EASY RECIPE

30 minute recipe

– Large eggs – Heavy cream – Salt & pepper  – Olive oil – Ham, cubed – Cooked bacon  – Green onions diced – Cheddar cheese

To a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and pour in the heavy cream, seasoning with salt & pepper to taste.

STEP 1

Whisk together until combined but stop before the eggs become frothy.

STEP 2

Pour the mixture into the greased baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle on the ham,  bacon, green onions and cheese.

STEP 3

Bake for 10 minutes. Rotate the baking sheet and continue baking an additional 5-10 minutes

STEP 4

Cut into 12 pieces for large portions or 16 pieces for smaller pieces.
