PERSNICKETY PLATES

Spread flour on a baking sheet in a thin layer. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool completely before using.

Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, and salt. Beat until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well.

Blend in heat treated flour.  Stir in milk chocolate chips. Scoop dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.

Freeze truffles for 1 hour. Melt white chocolate chips in a bowl. Dip half of your truffles in the melted white chocolate.

Repeat with the milk chocolate chips for the other half of the truffles. Chill until chocolate is set.
