EASY TAILGATE DESSERT!

In a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter and butter and beat together until combined.

STEP 1

Add in the powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla. Beat until combined.

STEP 2

Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter mixture and form it into a football shape. 

STEP 3

Place it on the baking sheet. Repeat until out of mixture then cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until firm.

STEP 4

Melt the dark chocolate. Dip the peanut butter balls into the dark chocolate, then place back onto the baking sheet.

STEP 5

Let them set. Melt the white chocolate and fill a pastry bag with the it, snip the tip, then pipe the “laces” onto the footballs.

STEP 6

Let set again, either at room temperature or in the fridge.
