– Active yeast – Warm water – Salt – All purpose flour

STEP 1

Mix together the dough ingredients. Mix until a rough, shaggy mass is formed. Knead the dough, until the dough is smooth and elastic.

STEP 2

Form the dough into balls, then flatten with a rolling pin. Let the dough rest on a floured surface for  30-40 mins.

STEP 3

Use a spatula to flip the rounds of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until they’re light golden & puffy.
