STEP 1

Arrange bread cubes on baking sheets. Bake for about 60 minutes.

STEP 2

Melt butter in a skillet. Add the vegetables and saute until soft.

STEP 3

Toss sauteed vegetables with bread cubes. Add parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper and toss again.

STEP 4

Whisk together chicken broth and eggs. Add to the bread cube mixture.  Bake as directed!
