PERSNICKETY PLATES

STEP 1

To a bowl, add the cooked pasta, cucumber, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, spinach, salad peppers, salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone.

STEP 2

Add the mayo, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and parmesan cheese to a bowl. Pour over the salad and gently toss.

STEP 3

Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine until evenly coated.

STEP 4

Cover and move to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle with parsley.
