Pina Colada Jello Shots

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

In a large liquid glass measuring cup, whisk the pineapple jello in boiling water until dissolved.

STEP 2

Then, whisk in the pineapple juice and pineapple malibu.

STEP 3

Pour the mixture 2/3 of the way up the cups,   chill for 90 mins.

STEP 4

Make the coconut jello mixture next as directed. 

STEP 5

Pour the white layer on top of the set yellow layer, leaving a bit of room on top. Chill once more!

Top each one with a squirt of whipped cream, a sprinkling of coconut flakes, and chunks of pineapple, and a cherry!
