– boneless skinless chicken breasts – au jus mix  – ranch seasoning mix  – pepperoncini juice – pepperoncinis – unsalted butter

STEP 1

Trim any fat from the chicken breasts and place into the bottom of a 6-8 quart slow cooker.

STEP 2

Sprinkle the au jus packet and ranch seasoning over the chicken. Pour the pepperoncini juice in.

STEP 3

Add 8-10 whole peppers. Place the cubed butter on top. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.

STEP 4

Once done, shred the chicken and serve!
