– Ground beef – Onion diced – Chili seasoning – Garlic – Crushed tomatoes – Frozen corn – Black beans – Jiffy corn muffin mix

Brown the ground beef with onions. Add the crushed tomatoes, then the beans.

In a mixing bowl, add the cornbread mix, eggs, and milk. Stir together.

Add the mixed cornbread batter on top of the chili mixture in the casserole dish.

Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cornbread topping is golden brown.

Then, slice, scoop, and serve with your favorite chili toppings!
