Neapolitan Ice Cream Bread

Neapolitan ice cream bread is a delicious & easy recipe. Classic vanilla, strawberry & chocolate neapolitan ice cream is mixed with self rising flour to make a tasty dessert loaf.

Topped with a simple glaze & sprinkles, this easy 2 ingredient dessert is a hit with all ages!

total Time:  1 hr 45 mins

Ingredients

Scoop the 3 flavors of ice cream into 3 separate bowls & let them melt at room temp.

Step 1

Once melted, stir 1 1/4 cup flour into each flavor.

Step 2

These will then be layered into the prepared pan!

Put the chocolate mixture into the bottom of the pan, then carefully spread the vanilla layer over it. Finally, finish with the strawberry mixture. 

Step 3

Bake for 35-40 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean!

Step 4

Once cool, whisk together the glaze ingredients until smooth & then pour over the loaf, top with sprinkles.  Let set for approximately an hour before slicing & enjoying!

Step 6

Serve & enjoy!
