STEP 1

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and then add in the minced garlic.

Whisk in the flour. Then the heavy cream. Then whisk in the milk.

STEP 3

Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese and bring the mixture to a low simmering boil.

STEP 4

Add in the salt and pepper. Add cooked fettuccine pasta to the alfredo sauce and toss.

STEP 5

Top with parsley and extra parmesan cheese for garnish.
