STEP 1

To a saucepan over medium-low heat, add the black beans and seasonings. Heat until warmed through.

STEP 2

Add the cooked rice to the beans and stir to evenly distribute.

STEP 3

On a tortilla, spread sour cream, add the bean mixture and whichever toppings you like, roll it up.

STEP 4

Spray with olive oil. Heat a  skillet over medium heat and lay the wrap seam side down in the pan to grill it until golden brown.
