PERSNICKETY PLATES

This Caramel Fudge is made with only  4 ingredients & right in your crockpot! It is the perfect addition to your Christmas spread or for gift giving.

Pour the white chocolate inside & melt the chocolate, making sure to stir every 10 mins. 

STEP 1

After the chocolate has fully melted, add the dulce de leche & vanilla. Cook for 40 mins, stirring every 10 mins.

STEP 2

Add 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt and stir.

STEP 3

Pour fudge into the prepared pan, top with the remaining sea salt.

STEP 4

Place the salted caramel fudge in the freezer & let it set for at least 5 hrs, preferably overnight for best results.

STEP 5

Cut them as small or as generous as you prefer!
