STEP 1

Mix wet ingredients in one bowl, dry ingredients in another. Mix the two together.

STEP 2

Fold in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

STEP 3

Scoop dough balls then roll in sugar. Set on your pan. Using a fork, press a criss-cross pattern to your dough balls.

STEP 4

Bake for 8-10 minutes.  Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire cooling rack.
