STEP 1

Cut zucchini into sticks. Put the pieces into a colander over a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let them drain for at least an hour.

Rinse the zucchini with cool water and pat them dry.

STEP 3

In one bowl, combine the flour, garlic salt, onion powder & red pepper flakes. In another bowl, combine egg and milk.

STEP 4

In a third bowl, combine the panko and seasonings. Dip zucchini first into the flour, then the egg, then the panko.

STEP 5

Line zucchini pieces onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
