STEP 1

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Combine with the wet ingredients and melted chocolate!

STEP 2

Chill the dough for 1 hr. Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.

STEP 3

Dip the bottom of a flat cup into powdered sugar and press each dough ball down to flatten.

STEP 4

Bake for 10 minutes, then press half a marshmallow into each cookie and bake for 3 minutes.

STEP 5

Scoop icing onto the top of each marshmallow and gently spread it.
