PERSNICKETY PLATES

STEP 1

To a bowl, add the shredded chicken, chili powder, and cheese, and mix.

STEP 2

Divide the mixture between the tortillas. Fold the tortillas then roll up and place seam side down in the baking dish.

STEP 3

Pour the sour cream sauce over the rolled enchiladas, top with additional cheese.

STEP 4

Bake 20-22 minutes and then place under high broil for  3 minutes.
