Cream the butter & sugars together until light & fluffy. Then, beat in eggs 1 at a time + add vanilla. 

Step 1

Add the dry ingredients,  until evenly distributed.

Step 2

Cover & chill the dough for at least 30 minutes

Step 3

Once chilled, use a cookie scoop to portion out 12 cookie dough balls to each sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 8-9 minutes or until edges are just golden brown!

Step 5

Remove from the oven & let cool on the pan for approximately 5 mins before moving to a wire rack.
