Instant Pot Chicken Parmesan
This quick and easy chicken parmesan is the answer to your busy weeknight dinner dreams. A perfectly cooked and juicy chicken dinner ready in a blink of an eye.

Ingredients
½
tbsp
olive oil
¼
tsp
dried basil or oregano
salt and pepper
to taste
1
lb
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1
cup
strained tomatoes or marinara sauce
2
tbsp
grated parmesan
¼
tsp
garlic powder
2
oz.
mozzarella grated
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil.
In the Instant Pot, combine strained tomatoes, half the parmesan, and garlic powder.
Stir the sauce and place the chicken on top.
Lock the lid into place and cook for 3 minutes on High Pressure.
When cooking time ends, do a quick pressure release.
Cover the chicken with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella.
Cover the Instant pot with the lid (do not lock!) and cook on Saute for 5 minutes.
Serve warm & spoon sauce over top.
