Ingredients
28 ozcrescent roll dough(two 8 oz tubes)
6largeeggs
¾cupdiced ham
½cupgreen bell pepperdiced
¼cupyellow oniondiced
8ozpepper jack cheeseshredded
salt & pepperto taste
Tabasco or Srirachaoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick spray.
Unroll the packages of crescent dough and spread it out onto the prepared pizza pan, pinching together the seams.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs together and season with salt and pepper before pouring over the croissant dough.
Sprinkle the ham, pepper, and onions across the dough.
Top with the shredded pepper jack cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pizza comes out clean.
Notes
Switch up toppings to suit you - bacon, spinach, tomatoes, sausage. Mozzarella can be used in place of pepper jack.Pizza dough can be used in place of crescent roll dough.Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
