Tender meatballs, slow-cooked in a teriyaki glaze with chunks of succulent pineapple for the perfect pairing of tangy, salty, and sweet. These meatballs make for the ideal savory party appetizer or easy dinner idea!
Pour the frozen meatballs into the basin of a 6 qt slow cooker.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce and drained pineapple chunks.
Stir so the meatballs are evenly coated.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
Serve!
Notes
Use 2 pounds of your favorite frozen, fully cooked meatball. Beef is shown but chicken, pork, turkey, or plant/veggie based all work well.I use a 6 quart slow cooker but as small as 4 quart will work.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
