Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Optional: Line the pepperonis onto a piece of paper towel and microwave for about 30-40 seconds to crisp them up.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and line with 3-4 slices of pepperoni.
Lay a half of a cheese stick at the widest part of the dough, on top of the pepperoni, and gently roll up. Place onto the prepared pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just golden.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then enjoy!
Shredded mozzarella cheese may be used in place of string cheese. Use different fillings like turkey pepperoni, deli ham, olives, etc.Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days but they are best fresh.
