Ingredients
cranberry relish
sprig of mint
splash of hot water
dash of kosher salt
ice
Proseccochilled
Instructions
Add one spoon of cranberry relish to a shaker tin (we used one from our local deli that was made fresh with oranges and baking spices), a few sprigs of mint (which stands up to cold weather like a champion and we were able to pick right out of the garden), a splash of hot water, and kosher salt to pull the flavors out and muddle. Shake this with a healthy scoop of ice, fine strain into a flute glass and top with Riondo Prosecco.
Notes
Garnish may be as practical and versatile as you or your guests like. Dress it up for a gathering with an orange twist that will brighten your drink with a warm citrus essence, a scoop of cranberry relish in the glass invokes a sense of bubbly sangria, and a mint sprig will make the drink visually pop in your glass from across the room.
