Make the “crust” by pressing a tube of refrigerated cinnamon rolls into the bottom of a greased pan. Set aside.

STEP 1

Make the cheesecake filling by mixing together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Then stream in the heavy cream while mixing.

Finally, add the eggs, one at a time, beating between each until smooth.

STEP 3

Make the cinnamon filling by mixing together the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Then stir in the melted butter .

STEP 4

Assemble the cheesecake by pouring half the cheesecake batter over the cinnamon roll base, then drizzling half the cinnamon filling over the top.

STEP 5

Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top and then finish it off with the cinnamon mixture. Use a butter knife to gently swirl.

STEP 6

Bake for 45-50 mins in preheated oven. Remove from the oven and let cool for an hour.

STEP 7

Move it to the fridge for 3 hrs to chill. Before serving, drizzle with the icing packet that came with the cinnamon rolls!
