The Easiest Chicken Pot Pie!

This homemade, easy chicken pot pie recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken, too!

~ Melt butter in a saucepan, then add in the onion & cook until they’re tender. ~ Add in the flour, salt  & pepper. 

~ Add in the milk & broth, while stirring.  Cook until it gets thick & bubbly! ~ Stir in the shredded chicken & mixed veggies. Then remove from heat.

Pour the mixture into your prepared crust & top with the 2nd crust.

~ Seal the edges & cut several slits into the top. ~ Bake for 30-40 mins, or until the crust is golden brown.

Let the pie stand for about 5 minutes before slicing it!
