Bright red and green Christmas jello roll ups are the perfect Christmas treats for adults and kids. Everyone loves their sweet taste and super-fun texture.

STEP 1

To a bowl, mix strawberry gelatin mix and water. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

STEP 2

Add 1.5 cups of mini marshmallows. Microwave for another 60 seconds and stir.

STEP 3

Pour the mixture into the pans and refrigerate for 2 hrs. Repeat process for the lime gelatin.

STEP 4

Lift one half of the jello from each pan and place on parchment paper. Roll the slice of jello up.

STEP 5

Place seam side down on a cutting board. Repeat with the other portions of jello. Slice into ½” slices.
