No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Birds Nest Cookies

Making these cute treats is the perfect addition to your Easter table! A warm welcome to spring and a special nod to the Easter season, but they can be enjoyed at any time 👉

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Melt butter over low heat (add salt if using unsalted butter) and add in the marshmallows until fully melted.

STEP 2

Pour in the cocoa pebbles cereal and gently fold it into the melted marshmallow mixture until fully coated.

STEP 3

Use a cookie scoop to scoop out about 3-4 TBSP of the cereal mixture and fill each cup of a prepared muffin tin.

STEP 4

Press a groove into each one to form the bird’s nest shape. Once cooled and set, fill each one with a spoonful of creamy peanut butter.

STEP 5

Top each nest with sprinkles and add 3 mini Cadbury eggs into the center.
