Slow Cooker Butter Chicken

Saute the onion, garlic, & ginger, over medium-high heat, for about 2 mins.  Pour into the slow cooker.

In a bowl, stir together the tomato paste, garam masala, brown sugar, salt & pepper, and turmeric.

Add in the coconut milk, chicken stock & lime juice. Whisk together until smooth & then pour into the slow cooker.

Finally, add the chicken to the slow cooker & stir everything together. 

Cover & cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
