STEP 1

Whisk together the sugars, vanilla, salt, eggs and yolks.

Microwave the butter and chocolate chips. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture and stir until combined.

STEP 3

Then gently fold in the flour and cocoa until there are no traces of powder.

STEP 4

Pour the brownie batter into a dish, bake for 30 mins. In the meanwhile, make ganache as directed.

STEP 5

Pour the ganache onto the cooled brownies and spread into an even layer. Add sprinkles on top!

STEP 6

Let cool completely before slicing!
