One Pot Chicken & Dumplings (30 Min Recipe) 

This has been a go-to family favorite comfort meal for years!

Chop your chicken into bite sized pieces & season with salt & pepper and set aside.

In a large pot, add the oil, butter, vegetables & bay leaf. Cook for about 5 mins, then season.

Stir in the chicken broth & bring to a boil. Once boiling, add in the seasoned chicken & stir!

~ In a small bowl, stir the dumpling mix ingredients together.  ~ Then drop tablespoons into the pot, trying to space them evenly.

Cover the pot with a lid, turn heat to low, and allow the dumplings to steam for 8-10 minutes.

Remove the cover & stir, breaking up the dumplings, & allowing the broth to thicken. Stir in the frozen peas, remove from heat.
