Ginger Snap Cookies

– Sugar – Unsalted butter  – Molasses – Egg – All purpose flour – Baking soda – Ground Cinnamon – Ground Ginger – Ground Cloves – Ground Nutmeg – Salt

In large bowl, add the sugar, butter, molasses  & egg - beat on medium until light & fluffy.

Add in the dry ingredients.  Stir well with a spatula until fully combined!

- Chill the dough for  at least an hour.  - Use a medium cookie scoop to shape the dough into balls. Roll in sugar & place onto your prepared sheets. - Bake for 9-10 mins or until just set!

Remove from oven & let stand on the cookie sheet for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack.
