Easy Cheesy  Potato Casserole

– Frozen hash browns – Butter – Sour cream –Cream of onion soup – Cheddar cheese, shredded – Onion, diced – Potato chips, crumbled

In a skillet, saute the onions & butter - until the butter is melted & the onions are soft.

To the same skillet, add the sour cream, cream of onion soup & shredded cheese.   Stir until melted & combined!

- Lay the thawed potatoes into the prepared dish & pour the cheese mixture over them. – Crumble the potato chips & sprinkle evenly over the top. – 

Bake for 1 hr, uncovered, until the cheese is bubbly & the edges start to brown.
