Easy brownie batter dip is the perfect dessert dip for your next family movie night or when you need a quick and easy chocolate craving fix! This no-bake dip is made in 10 minutes without any raw eggs and is creamy, luscious, and perfectly safe to eat. Serve with fresh fruit, cookies, pretzels, and any of your favorite dippers!
Add the brownie mix to a large microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat for a total of 2 minutes, stirring between each 30 second interval.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer on medium until smooth.
Add the brownie mix and milk to the cream cheese, and beat until well combined and smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Do not overmix.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and top with additional chocolate chips, if desired.
Serve the dip immediately with your favorite dippers, such as pretzels, cookies, graham crackers, or fruit.

Raw flour (brownie mix, cake mix, etc.) should always be heat treated to avoid any potential bacteria. If you prefer using the oven over the microwave, spread the brownie mix onto a lipped sheet pan and bake for 5 minutes at 350° F.
Start with room temperature cream cheese to avoid any lumps.
Mixing the cream cheese alone first ensures optimal texture.
Beating the cream cheese, brownie mix and milk together first minimizes the mixing once the whipped topping is added. If you overmix whipped topping, it will “deflate”.
