Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels
Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are a quick, crowd pleasing appetizer and a great way to give new life to leftover chicken. With only seven simple ingredients and no cooking involved, you'll make these rollups over & over!

Ingredients
8
oz
cream cheese
at room temperature
1
cup
cooked chicken
shredded
½
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded
⅓
cup
Buffalo sauce
¼
cup
crumbled blue cheese
2
tablespoons
chives

burrito sized tortillas
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chicken, shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce. Fold in the crumbled blue cheese and chives.
8 oz cream cheese,
1 cup cooked chicken,
½ cup cheddar cheese,
⅓ cup Buffalo sauce,
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese,
2 tablespoons chives
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly onto the tortilla, making sure to cover as much as possible.
3 burrito sized tortillas
Repeat for remaining tortillas.
Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla into itself, making sure to roll as tightly as possible. Repeat for all tortillas.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to firm up.
Slice into 1 inch circles.
Top with additional blue cheese and chives and enjoy!

Store covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
